No sound on iOS device (iPhone or iPad)
On iPhones and iPads, you may find the Transparent Language Online mobile app has no sound while other apps do. This is usually the result of one of two things:
- The Rocker button (iPhone) or side switch (iPad) is enabled on your device. Flip the switch to the disabled setting and you should have sound.
- On iOS, you can find hidden volume controls by swiping from the bottom of your screen upwards. Sometimes there is a mute button which is enabled in this menu.
