Running a Summary Report
The Summary Report provides an overview of all usage at your library, including detailed breakdowns of web activity, mobile app usage, and KidSpeak activity.
To run a Summary Report:
- Login to your Transparent Language Online admin account
- Click the ‘Reports’ tab
- Click the ‘Generate New’ button
- Select ‘Summary Report’ from the list
- Select the date range for this report
- If you want your data broken down by month, make sure to check off the field ‘Provide monthly breakdown for this report’
- Select reporting groups for this report. Typically, no changes are made in this section and the default option is left as is
- Click ‘Generate Report’ on the bottom of the screen
- After generating the report, you will be brought back to the ‘Recent Reports’ screen where you can view the report on screen, download a PDF, or download a CSV
