Running a Summary Report

The Summary Report provides an overview of all usage at your library, including detailed breakdowns of web activity, mobile app usage, and KidSpeak activity.

To run a Summary Report:

  1. Login to your Transparent Language Online admin account
  2. Click the ‘Reports’ tab

  3.  Click the ‘Generate New’ button

  4. Select ‘Summary Report’ from the list

  5. Select the date range for this report

  6. If you want your data broken down by month, make sure to check off the field ‘Provide monthly breakdown for this report

  7. Select reporting groups for this report. Typically, no changes are made in this section and the default option is left as is

  8. Click ‘Generate Report’ on the bottom of the screen

  9. After generating the report, you will be brought back to the ‘Recent Reports’ screen where you can view the report on screen, download a PDF, or download a CSV
