How do I type the correct accent marks?

Learning to type a new language can be difficult and frustrating. Certain languages such as Romanian may have special characters that are typed using the dead key method. The dead key method is basically this: you type the accent you want before the character.

You must select the ALTGR state on their keyboard, then type the accent. It won’t appear till a character is input after it.
