You can configure EZProxy authentication to work with Transparent Language Online using the following definition in your config.txt file.
Title Transparent Language Online
URL https://library.transparent.com/{insert your library’s nickname here}/game/ng/#/login
HJ library.transparent.com
DJ transparent.com
NeverProxy transparent.com
NeverProxy library.transparent.com
In order to access Transparent Language Online for library customers, ensure that you construct your starting point URLs with your unique link as follows:
If your link was: https://library.transparent.com/nickname/game/ng/#/login
Go to URL Decoder/Encoder (meyerweb.com) and paste your link into the text field. Click encode and then copy the resulting text. In this example the text would become:
https%3A%2F%2Flibrary.transparent.com%2Fnickname%2Fgame%2Fng%2F%23%2Flogin
Your library’s nickname can be found after library.transparent.com/ in the URL you were provided. If you are unsure of the nickname please contact support@transparent.com
Create a link using that follows this pattern:
https://ezproxy.mylib.org/login?qurl={your encoded link}
Using the example above it would be https://ezproxy.mylib.org/login?qurl=https%3A%2F%2Flibrary.transparent.com%2Fnickname%2Fgame%2Fng%2F%23%2Flogin
Your library's nickname can be found after library.transparent.com/ in the URL you were provided. If you are unsure of the nickname, please contact support@transparent.com
Please note, if you EZProxy server does not use HTTPS protocol then this may not work correctly.
