If you purchased BYKI as a download you are always entitled to that particular product. If you need to obtain your download again please contact support@transparent.com and include the following information (if you have it):

• Email Address used when placing the order
• First and Last Name
• Product title(s) ordered
• What version of the product you need? (Mac OS X, Windows)
