Handling an expired trial/subscription for Transparent Language Online
Expired Trials:
If your 14 day trial has expired, you have a couple of options:
- You can request an extension for another 14 day trial.
- You can purchase a subscription to continue using the learning program.
Expired Subscriptions:
If your subscription has expired, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
Once you have purchased a new subscription, you will need to add it to your existing account. To do so, you will need to log into your account and enter in the new activation code when prompted.
