Deleting your Transparent Language Online account via the mobile app

If you’d like to delete your Transparent Language Online account via the mobile app, along with all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Deleting your account via the Transparent Language mobile app:

1. Access your user profile. On mobile, this is accessed by opening the Menu, tapping on your username, tapping on Profile, and then tapping on User Profile. On all other devices, your profile is accessed by clicking on the user icon in the header, then selecting Profile, then User Profile.
   
   
2. On your profile, click on the red “Forget Me” link.
3. On the Forget Me page, check the box indicating that you agree, and press the Forget Me button.

If you proceed with the steps above, we will retain your user data for 30 days. If you change your mind during this period, you can stop the process of being forgotten by logging into your account.

If you have not logged in within 30 days, your account and all your learning progress will be PERMANENTLY forgotten. At that point, the action cannot be undone.
