Cancelling a paid subscription in FastSpring

Go To: https://transparentlanguage.onfastspring.com/account



1. Enter in your email address you used on your order and click on Continue.

2. Go to your email inbox and look for an email from us.

3. In the email under your name you will see “Click here to manage your orders”. Click on that to be taken to your account page.

4. Click on the Subscriptions tab.

5. Click on Manage.

6. Click on Cancel Subscription.

7. Click Yes to confirm cancellation.



You can also request your subscription to be cancelled by sending us an email to info@transparent.com.
