Account Rollover

You can roll over the learning data from an old account into your new one.

If you do not have access to your previous CL-150 account, lease contact us at support@transparent.com for assistance. Please provide your previous username and the email associated with the account.

If you still have access to your previous CL-150 account:

  1. Log in to your previous account and click the profile icon to expand the drop-down menu:

  2. Click the Account Information option and the User Profile page appears
  3. Scroll until reaching bottom of the first section and you will see the rollover code:

  4. Copy this code and then create/login to your new account (If you have not yet created a new account, navigate to the Sign Up Page and enter authorization code provided by your Language Program Manager).
  5. Like previously, click the profile icon to expand the drop-down menu

  6. Scroll down page and you will see section 'Rollover from Another Account'

  7. Paste in the copied rollover code from your old account
  8. Click 'Start Rollover' and your old account data will be successfully transferred to your new account
