Account Rollover
You can roll over the learning data from an old account into your new one.
If you do not have access to your previous CL-150 account, please contact us at support@transparent.com for assistance. Please provide your previous username and the email associated with the account.
- Use your new authorization code from your current Language Program Manager (CLPM) and create a new CL-150 account. Click or tap the User Profile button (person icon)

- Click the Account Information option and the User Profile page appears
- Scroll until reaching second section of profile 'Rollover From Another Account'

- Enter the username of your old/deactivated CL-150 account
- Press the Next button
- A new modal popup appears. Enter the password for your old account and click Rollover Account button to import the learning history

- if you forgot your password for the old account, click the Forgot password button and follow onscreen instructions. Send us an email if you need assistance: support@transparent.com
