Account Rollover

You can roll over the learning data from an old account into your new one.

If you do not have access to your previous CL-150 account, please contact us at support@transparent.com for assistance. Please provide your previous username and the email associated with the account.

  1. Use your new authorization code from your current Language Program Manager (CLPM) and create a new CL-150 account. Click or tap the User Profile button (person icon)

  2. Click the Account Information option and the User Profile page appears
  3. Scroll until reaching second section of profile 'Rollover From Another Account'

  4. Enter the username of your old/deactivated CL-150 account
  5. Press the Next button

  6. A new modal popup appears. Enter the password for your old account and click Rollover Account button to import the learning history

  7. if you forgot your password for the old account, click the Forgot password button and follow onscreen instructions. Send us an email if you need assistance: support@transparent.com
