You can roll over the learning data from an old account into your new one.
If you do not have access to your previous CL-150 account, lease contact us at support@transparent.com for assistance. Please provide your previous username and the email associated with the account.
If you still have access to your previous CL-150 account:
- Log in to your previous account and click the profile icon to expand the drop-down menu:

- Click the Account Information option and the User Profile page appears
- Scroll until reaching bottom of the first section and you will see the rollover code:

- Copy this code and then create/login to your new account (If you have not yet created a new account, navigate to the Sign Up Page and enter authorization code provided by your Language Program Manager).
- Like previously, click the profile icon to expand the drop-down menu

- Scroll down page and you will see section 'Rollover from Another Account'

- Paste in the copied rollover code from your old account
- Click 'Start Rollover' and your old account data will be successfully transferred to your new account
